It would have been helpful to receive the materials prior to the course starting and not have to wait to after. It would have been useful to make notes on what Frank was speaking about as it relates to the materials to reference later on.

I think the course is suited to a more workshop style rather than straight delivery . The trainer had a lot of ground to cover in a limited time.

This was refresher training . Richard is very knowledgeable and has an excellent knowledge on the subject matter. It makes such a difference to the training when the trainer has clearly "done the job" and this showed throughout the day.

Some deliberately tenuous ones in there which promoted great debate.

Geraint was fantastic! I have had many training courses and this has been one of the most engaging. Genuinely enjoyable and looking forward to more. Geraint's ability to contextualise learning outcomes with real world examples was refreshing.
