The was a great course it has refreshed my mind re what I used to do as a social worker and I need to bring this into my CIW role.

It was very interactive; great to talk to other people in the organisation that I've not met yet, because of the size of the organisation, to get their perspectives; and the course content was very relevant and helpful to current and past situations.

It was a stimulating session with useful breakouts and lots of food for thought. Only niggle was that the materials were unfortunately not included in the invite as the trainer had expected but the trainer accomodated this well and will arrange for it to be sent.

Course and instructor was engaging. Although content not specific to my role, I found the content interesting. I enjoyed the breakout rooms and the opportunity to talk with my peers about challenges we have faced in the workplace.
