Excellent teaching skills very informative and kept me interested throughout the whole corse

The course was great - I learned so much not only about legislation but case law and applying it to my practice as a BIA but also as a social worker - it has made me think about how I should approach certain situations better.

All great. Ren is very knowledgeable and brought it to life for me. The audio did cut out from Ren and she would freeze on a number of occasions.
