I have previously attended something similar, and have been called to hearing at an arbitration previously. I have therefore had some experience and have some previous knowledge, but today's training was additionally useful.

Max was very good and made it easy to understand.

I still have a lot to learn, and need to develop greater confidence, but this course has been excellent in increasing my knowledge and my approach to the work of an expert witness. Thank you Nick.

I really enjoyed this course. Liane was engaging and made it very interesting (which I think is very difficult via teams) The exercises helped explain the points that were being explained. The last task in particular was brilliant, reviewing a witness statement and then watching a video of what actually happened. Really showed how important it is to be clear and describe happenings and situations properly.
