The course is extremely interesting and although it is is difficult to fully relate it to my sector area (education) the information is invaluable in terms of adopting 'best practice' principles when investigating.

I work within a small team that handles whistleblowing allegations within DLG. This training was arranged to provide awareness on the subject within Employee Relations (HR), Group Legal, Finacial Crime and our Accident Repair Centres. Vernon and Rod were excellant and maintained interest and engagement thoroughout the whole day.

The course was relevant, and I feel much more confident in being able to attend as a witness at tribunal. The trainer went at a perfect pace, was very clear and explained things well and reasons for why we might do things as a witness. The trainer put everyone at ease and was very approachable and friendly which makes all the difference.

A great course, very informative and interactive. The course provided a lot of useful advice on the proceedings of a tribunal, and how to deliver your evidence clearly and concisely, so that the decision maker has the information they need to make a fully informed decision.
