This is a great course. The trainer was very knowledgeable on the topic. It was also good to meet other people from other areas. Break out rooms gave a really good opportunity to discuss topics in a smaller group

Francesca was the facilitator for our course; very engaging and knowlegeable with a good grounding in common sense; kept the two days flowing and the IT/breakout rooms all seemed to work

I thought Steph was excellent. She was very engaging and clearly extremely knowledgeable about the subject matter. She was also able to tailor the session so it was more appropriate to solicitors in an arbitration when we were not advocating but were assisting the partner in the advocation, and have less experience than barristers in this area.
