The course was presented very professionally however, it was a tight schedule to complete all the modules in the time frame and some parts had to be rushed through as some attendees had a long drive home. The venue was a disappointment, as unfortunately the room was small and cramped and there was no refreshments not even a jug of water which should have been the least expected. All in all the course was good with some very useful information and new updates to the latest techniques especially the use of the defibrillators.
Trainer really knew his stuff & course delivered exactly what was expected. 10/10

Course brilliant, found the 'joining' process from Greencross side quite tricky.
Our staff were very complimentary of Carol's training. The course content was interesting and kept all of the attendees engaged throughout the day's training. The attendees found her very helpful, especially during the practical sessions and regularly asked for questions to ensure that everyone was following the instructions and understood. She was well-prepared, on time and organised. Course materials were straightforward and clear, and very beneficial for our staff.
Mickey is the best and our staff love having him do their First Aid training, it makes a serious subject less intense.
Dan was very through during the course and always was happy to answer any questions we had. Felt like he took the material at a good pace and delivered it well!

It was death by Powerpoint. Not enough practical in the course. Didn't need to be 3 days if the course stays the same as it can be covered in 2.
