AI summary of reviews

Practical, confidence-building teaching is the provider’s clearest strength: attendees consistently praise knowledgeable, patient and personable trainers who explain clearly, use real-life scenarios and keep groups involved. They value the strong blend of theory, demonstrations and hands-on practice, which makes learning memorable and builds confidence to respond at work and in everyday emergencies. Courses are generally well paced and supportive, although some attendees report occasional issues with pre-course communication, online systems or certificates.

We have had 4 colleagues on the last course 10th Sept - 12th Sept at the Pendulum Hotel Manchester. Feed back was a great course, well led by the trainer on the days and one colleague who has had 3 courses previously said it was fantastic.

Really should be issuing a book/course materials to aid the course on the day and for consolidation and reference going forward. First aid is the main aim of the course, ideal if it stays that way to focus on that ethos & the chief aims.

Positive feedback was received from the colleagues who attended this course, they said it was enjoyable and the trainer was excellent, he made the course interesting and 'fun' at times, they all appeared to have got lots out of it and did take time to feed this back to me. Thank you

after speaking to Leann & Paul who attended the course ,they were most impressed with the Trainer Marc McDermott ,they liked the way he delivered the course and found he had a good technique to ensure they were absorbing the information , venue apart from parking issues and costs was a great central venue. both thoroughly enjoyed the training course and feel they gained vast knowledge in a short time.

The most enjoyable one day first aid training course I've been on. Great atmosphere thanks largely to the trainer, Eddie Croombs. The final written test could be clearer in terms of question format. Some confusing double negatives and poorly worded questions. The venue wasn't very good. Toilets out of order for the ladies and the men's smelt terrible. The staff were helpful though.

Good informative and practical course only infants-chocking topic is disturbing. I love babies, as a parent it was a difficult topic to digest.

I have to say, that the training provided was very good. It was very useful and very thorough. Teri Adams was attentive and made the course interesting whilst we were also able to ask questions all throughout. I enjoyed the course, but also feel so much more empowered now to be of help and a more calming presence, should particular situations ever occur. Thank you so much for this course, I felt well looked after and would highly recommend it.
