The trainer was excellent and the course material was very good. Would have liked to have more site specific training like Fire Evacuation Planning.

Fran’s was a great trainer. He had lots of knowledge and went in to detail with answers and answered all questions with ease which helped us understand each section more. The practical parts are helpful for real life situations.
