we were concerned that the trainer only arrived 10 minutes before the start of the course. Considering it was the first time he had delivered at our premises it did not give us time to complete all the relevant documentation.

The course itself was really good. The trainer, Carol was so knowledgeable and had a really great style of training and helping you understand all the content. Worst part of the course was the fact that there was only two people there (myself and another) and the facilities weren't amazing.
I found the course interesting and informative. Resource is a very good point of reference. Very nice training facility, lots of parking. I am still waiting for my certificate.
Venue was appaulling, food catering facility extremely poor
Candidates were very pleased with Trevor, some said he was the best trainer they had ever had. He was passionate about what he was teaching. He gave good advice and teachings, he was enthusiastic and engaged the candidates with humor and light heartedness. Very nice down to earth gent. I would really like to work with him again. 5*
I found the whole course really engaging and relevant. The course content and delivery was excellent and Andy gave the content lots of context so it sticks (even the acronyms which I am normally very poor at remembering). I would highly recommend this to colleagues and more importantly - family members. Excellent content delivered by an excellent trainer.

Enlightened me to a course that took me on a journey which I had previously been scared of doing as I thought because of my nature bring gentle and caring... I had thought that I would find it difficult but over the moon that I have done the course 😉
