Excellent as always. George approachable and very good trainer
It will probably be some time before I become confident as there was a lot to take in for one day traiining
We've received a lot of complaints from those that were on the course. Many have said the trainer was poor, didn't speak up and had his back to them a lot of the time. One woman was uncomfortable as he had ill-fitting clothing on and she could see 'body parts'. The trainer also showed graphic images of people experiencing trauma including one of a man with a wooden pole coming out of his bum? This isn't what we would expect from a one day emergency first aid at work course. Apart from this they felt the content was good, but delivery very poor.
Response: Deborah, thank you for your comments. We are sorry that your experience was not as expected. We have taken these comments seriously and conducted a full investigation of the course.
Matt was good at explaining the course properly and quick to answer any questions or help if somebody didn’t quite understand something .
Best first aid course I’ve attended. Carol was brilliant
Had first aid courses before but Carol course was much better. She explained everything very well and made sure we understood. Really enjoyed the course. Thank you Carol.
perhaps tables and chairs would have been better in lecture room. Restaurant/café facilities not great.
David had a relaxing approach to the subject, his previous experience as a paramedic gives the opportunity for real life examples. He involved all the represented work areas with specific scenarios that they could face.
