Materials were accurate and varied. We had a list of “other resources” that aren’t in the manual which should be wider, from my point of view, with more videos in YouTube, Self —help books, etc. I couldn’t find a resource or charity listed in the manual were perpetrators of violence can seek mental health treatment to stop abusing their families . Overall good course and clear instructor.

Hand-outs of important topic that relate to the test would have been very good, as is a fast-paced course and if you haven't done first aid before the terms can be hard to commit to memory.

The great thing about Scott is that he's an experienced guy with an interesting background which gives him lots of personal stories and anecdotes that really bring colour to the learning and make everything so much more relatable and easier to understand.

The course was delivered well. The trainer was very passionate and knowledgeable. I felt some parts were covered too quickly, it was a lot to digest in just 3 days but really enjoyed the course and would recommend.

Trainers arrived promptly, were very organised and kept the attention of the trainees. This is a comment from one of the trainees who speaks o behalf of the group. I just wanted to say that the course on Thursday was brilliant. I feel like I learnt so much and would be a lot more confident if a first aid situation arises. George and Andrew broke it down in to sections and explained everything so simply.

Karen was absolutely super. Really made the 3 days fly by and we all really enjoyed the course and learned a lot in such a short space of time!

I didn't attend the course myself but the feedback from those that attended has been very good, however I cannot comment on the content and materials.
