AI summary of reviews

Practical, confidence-building teaching is the provider’s clearest strength: attendees consistently praise knowledgeable, patient and personable trainers who explain clearly, use real-life scenarios and keep groups involved. They value the strong blend of theory, demonstrations and hands-on practice, which makes learning memorable and builds confidence to respond at work and in everyday emergencies. Courses are generally well paced and supportive, although some attendees report occasional issues with pre-course communication, online systems or certificates.

The great thing about Scott is that he's an experienced guy with an interesting background which gives him lots of personal stories and anecdotes that really bring colour to the learning and make everything so much more relatable and easier to understand.

The course was delivered well. The trainer was very passionate and knowledgeable. I felt some parts were covered too quickly, it was a lot to digest in just 3 days but really enjoyed the course and would recommend.

Trainers arrived promptly, were very organised and kept the attention of the trainees. This is a comment from one of the trainees who speaks o behalf of the group. I just wanted to say that the course on Thursday was brilliant. I feel like I learnt so much and would be a lot more confident if a first aid situation arises. George and Andrew broke it down in to sections and explained everything so simply.

Karen was absolutely super. Really made the 3 days fly by and we all really enjoyed the course and learned a lot in such a short space of time!

I didn't attend the course myself but the feedback from those that attended has been very good, however I cannot comment on the content and materials.

I attended this course personally. Dave Oldaker was great, knowledgeable, interesting, had good follow-up stories of first aid events in his life to tell. He's welcome back anytime. Only criticism of the course was the test paperwork and the Powerpoint. Lots of silly miss-spellings contained within that is easily avoidable and really should be present in a course of this nature

The course work content, books and slides were exceptional. The trainer delivered the course, professionally and openly and was a great ambassador for mental health. Ryan was truly exceptional and all the managers commented on this.

We all enjoyed the course, had a good laugh but also learned alot. We all found the course useful and in places, interesting, and it really made us think about what we need to ensure that we and our colleagues are doing all the right things to improve our fire safety and awareness.
