I have been a first aider at work for many years and this was the best course I have attended. The trainer was approachable and was very knowledgeable - having practised first aid and amore for real. Loved all the scenarios Not sure about no final test thought think this is useful
Very good practical elements and lots of opportunity to practice
thank you for the course that was provided for our 9 people that attended. the course was so in-depth all our employees has been raving about how much they enjoyed their three day course. we highly recommend this course and trainer to everyone.
I have taken this course twice now (3 days course). This time round was a lot more enjoyable / memorable due to the course content change and the way it was trained(Thanks Antonia) As mentioned on the course , i personally would like to see / think people will benefit more on the videos showing real life situations like the Seizure and CPR video.
Easy to arrange. Good facilitator who was responsive to the group. Appropriately paced covering all essentials in a way that was easy to follow.
Good course, both in delivery style and content.
To ask more that 10 minutes before course starts if requires a larger room, and what materials if any we need to provide. To be more understanding that all learners are different.
Response: Julie Thank you for your feedback. I am currently reviewing the joining instructions sent out to the stores prior as HSE minimum requirement is 4 m x 4m. I will also be picking up with the trainer regarding this feedback . Thank you once again for bringing this to our attention . Best regards Tim
The trainer moved the course along quickly and at times I felt it slightly rushed. I appreciate there was a lot to cover in the time available but a slightly slower pace would have been better
Very good Instructor which has excellent knowledge of the topic and would definitely recommend him for future courses.
Trainer lee was extremely knowledgeable and his delivery style was fun and engaging
