There were a few spelling mistakes in the course book and also in the slide pack used which should have been caught at proof reading stage, the room was unsuitable as there was insufficient space for 3 groups to do simultaneous full body surveys and recovery position due to tables and other furniture. Also the room had no natural cooling but a fan was brought in and it had to be swept and cleanedbefore we started practical.

The trainer Tim Setter was excellent, really engaging and interactive and kept the learning at a great pace.

Teri was very good at keeping up the energy on the course and maintaining the interest of the class

A really enjoyable course that was definitely worthwhile attending. The course material was brought to life by the trainer Bob Campbell and he ensured the material was delivered in a way that made it memorable for all.

Overall the feed back I received from the colleagues that attended the course was very positive, the only negative thing was that there was nowhere for our colleague's to have a break at the venue, yes there was a vending machine and toilet's but no where to sit with a coffee etc.:

The trainer was knowledgeable, the course interesting and humorous. Could have listened to her all day.

Both Ross and Simon did a fantastic job presenting the MHFA course. Really informative, practical and helpful in so many ways. Great Job.
