Practical, confidence-building teaching is the provider’s clearest strength: attendees consistently praise knowledgeable, patient and personable trainers who explain clearly, use real-life scenarios and keep groups involved. They value the strong blend of theory, demonstrations and hands-on practice, which makes learning memorable and builds confidence to respond at work and in everyday emergencies. Courses are generally well paced and supportive, although some attendees report occasional issues with pre-course communication, online systems or certificates.

I found issue with some of the questions as they were ambiguous.

Tony Davies your trainer was absolutely superb! He was knowledgeable, fun, professional and very very engaging- best trainer I’ve experienced. Sad that it was at Tesco as we were spoken to like children by management who thought we were Tesco staff and they felt it appropriate to “tell us off” for having a drink in the training room! Very inappropriate

Had great feedback from all of the colleagues on the first aid course they all really enjoyed it and said that Paul was great and they loved the stories he had to tell from his time as a paramedic. Thank you

Only issue was that some of the exam questions weren't included in the manual.

Great course to support raising awareness of Mental Health in society and the workplace. It provided great advice on identifying potential Mental Health sign and symptoms. It also gives you the confidence to ask questions and talk to individuals, without feeling you need to provide answers or solutions.

The course has provided me with the knowledge and confidence to use not just in my work role, but for my voluntary work too and delighted to have resources and materials I can use going forward. The Trainer was very engaging and relatable and I really enjoyed the exercises that involved interacting with the other participants on the course and the follow up discussions that took place between the participants and Trainer. I found the audio visual aids helped my understanding and my way of thinking towards some of the topics covered on the course. I will definitely be sharing my positive experience and recommend the course and Trainer to others.

There were a few spelling mistakes in the course book and also in the slide pack used which should have been caught at proof reading stage, the room was unsuitable as there was insufficient space for 3 groups to do simultaneous full body surveys and recovery position due to tables and other furniture. Also the room had no natural cooling but a fan was brought in and it had to be swept and cleanedbefore we started practical.
