Great course. Content was well presented in booklet and by the trainer, David Gardiner. Everyone was fully engaged.

This course was excellent. When first decided to do it treated as a day off the tools. But on reflection it is vital for both in work and out of it and would recommend anyone to do it . Our environment of work is a dangerous place and you never know when these skills learned will be required.

The trainer was fantastic, had a lot of experience and information.

Great course which completely met our needs, the trainer George Heaney was excellent, and as an organisation we would love to welcome him again to provide future courses.

THE TRAINER AND STORE CONTACTS WERE VERY WELCOMIMG AND THE SESSION WAS WORTHWHILE. HOWEVER TO OUR DISMAY WHEN SOPHIE ARRIVED ON THE FIRST DAY SHE WAS TOLD THAT THE COURSE WAS CANCELLED. THE TRAINER WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS EITHER SO THE STORE THEN HAD TO RALLY AROUND TO FIND MORE DELEGATES. BUT SOPHIE'S OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT.

Really enjoyed the course. Phil was so knowledgeable, engaging and interesting. Appreciated that he ensured we were not sitting down for too long and actually made us put our new knowledge into practice. Thank you Phil!

The course, content, and instructor were superb and I could not have been happier to attend to refresh my skills and learn new ones with Ken. I would attend a course again with Ken, without hesitation and wish for him to commended for his work.

Would have preferred the same trainer both days but I know that sometimes it is unavoidable
