I feel we should be able to keep our work books for further revision.

first time i have enjoyed a session as it was explained very well and the practice exercise was shown when i did it wrong

I enjoyed the first session. The trainer ensured everyone was on the same page before the session ended.

Jayne is a very fluffy person. Says it how it is. Straight to the point which is how I like to receive comments. Jayne needs a pay rise. I cannot thank Jayne enough for her help and support throughout this course
