very well run course enjoy the use of videos and quizzes and the participation of all in group discussions

I am very pleased to have successfully completed my Level 2 Care Certificate. This training has helped me develop a strong understanding of my role and responsibilities within care, especially when supporting individuals with learning disabilities at Creative Support. I feel more confident in applying person-centred care, maintaining dignity and respect, mental health awareness, legislation,and following safeguarding and health and safety procedures. I have also improved my communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Overall, this qualification has strengthened my knowledge and prepared me to provide safe, compassionate, and effective support in my role. I feel great to have gone through this learning process and the application to my daily activities.
