Decent structure

I was taught well during this course because I learned a lot and took notes of information that I need for my work. The teaching was clear and very enriching. thank you

Excellent course and very informative. It has been a struggle to get to this point as i had been previously bombarded with emails as the wording of certain emails and WhatsApp responses have been very confusing but after the first of the course today it seems that this has all been cleared up and im looking forward to my journey.

It was a pleaser to meet Kevin Ho today. The course was very well presented and a good induction into the apprenticeship. I have learnt a lot in todays class. This can not be said for all the email i received prior to starting. Wording in the forms to fill out or are not well worded and miss leading so errors were made when entering detail leading to emails threating me that if i did not send documents you needed i would not be able to do my course. The stress it was giving me almost made me not continue and to back out of the apprenticeship. This need to be looked at with the upmost urgency in my opinion.

The course was very informative, engaging and well delivered. Stephen explained the topics clearly and created a positive learning environment. I found the session useful for improving my understanding of passenger transport, customer service, safety and professional standards. Thank you for the support and guidance throughout the session.
