The webinar gave a clear understanding of what level 3 is about. But since im a bit of a slower learner and takes time for me to understand some stuff I was still a bit confused towards the end.

I felt that the course was a great extension of the information and knowledge that I already have, but we were only able to get to slide 30 out of 45.Response : I completely agree, Nikita. The slide deck needs condensing. Rest assured that through your good discussions and sharing of practices, the content was covered. Appreciate your honest feedback though.

I feel that this course is aimed at young people or people of low level knowledge and education.

It was okay, It was a bit mundane as I already knew most of this information. I was not given the link and was not sent this until my manager sent the link the morning of the course. I did try to participate and not answer all of the questions and i did make notes. This did not help me in any form for my apprentecship however I appreciate the fact it is a mandatory.
