This was an engaging and informative session. I appreciated the combination of theory and practical activities, which helped me understand customer service in healthcare. The trainer was approachable and knowledgeable, and I feel more confident about applying these skills in real-life situations. Some additional interactive practice would make future sessions even more beneficial.

I believe Wayne is very good at his job, I really enjoy the course, I am happy with what is being taught, I feel comfortable asking questions if needed and I don't feel like anything needs to change.Response : great to hear that I have made you feel like you can approach me with any and all questions you need more detail in.
