This was an engaging and informative session. I appreciated the combination of theory and practical activities, which helped me understand customer service in healthcare. The trainer was approachable and knowledgeable, and I feel more confident about applying these skills in real-life situations. Some additional interactive practice would make future sessions even more beneficial.

The course has been good, excellent balance of getting things done and activities/fun. Alan has been very friendly and encouraging.

I believe Wayne is very good at his job, I really enjoy the course, I am happy with what is being taught, I feel comfortable asking questions if needed and I don't feel like anything needs to change.

It was good experience with Realise centre. I had good time and good learning from the course. Everything was appropriate and Good.

Good session, I think just we could be aware before that Narrative and Blogs can be asked in the test - exam.
