I really enjoyed this customer service course and found it extremely valuable. I am very satisfied with the knowledge and skills I have gained throughout the training.

Luci has been a wonderful tutor, she always kept me focused and on track and I can be a bit haphazard. Luci gave clear and concise instructions on what I needed to do to complete my course. It had been an amazing experience which I would love to complete another course with Luci and Realise.

Really enjoyed the course it's been very informative and enjoyable to do, made new friends and Jo is fantastic at what she does.
