the session was well organised, engaging, and informative. the trainer explained the content clearly and used relevant examples that made the learning easy to understand and apply in real customer service situation. I found the session very useful and enjoyable.

The environment is quiet and conducive for learning and our trainer Gail Bridge is the absolute best she made sure everyone understood the lessons and carry everyone along, gave corrections respectfully and professionally. Gail was always putting a smile on our faces in class, it was a room of positivity because of her and I’m so glad she is my trainer because she made learning very easy and sometimes the tasks can be overwhelming but with our trainer we were all smiling and happy to finish our tasks. She encouraged questions and discussions,which helped me understand the topics better.

The course gave an insight into customer services, business standards and trying to deal effectively with customers. It was interesting to learn how to be empathetic to a complainant, but without implying the company accepted liability. It was also interesting to see how customer services operate within a business, as someone who has only experienced it as a customer.
