The course was interest and very valuable for the Journey ahead in customer service environment. the Tutors were amazing for the whole training process , however for the course topic is repeating and the length of the course should be based on the classroom knowledge and skills.

GREAT LESSONS GAVE ME THE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND I NEEDED TO WORK AS A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Various topics were mentioned and looked into with depth which made the group work interesting and engaging. The teacher was fun, professional and caring which brought a lot of comfort and it helped keeping interested in the course. I would advise people to do this course to improve their knowledge on costumer service. In general the course is interesting and challenging and it does bring good knowledge of the topic and it definitely prepares you for the future.

Overall a very welcoming team and helped me gain confidence to be more professional.

Overall, the contents of this course was stuff I had already learned at secondary school and college. It was a good refresher and did teach me a few new things.
