a good course that's open and accessible to everyone, it can be a bit overly basic at times, possibly offering optional extra study topics for those ahead in work may help enrich the experience. the tutors where warm and welcoming and i always felt that if i had any issues i could bring them forward and trusted that they would be dealt with appropriately.

I thought the structure of the course worked very well and was taught to the right level of detail. The sessions were very interactive and there were opportunities for group work. We were also taught how to deal with customer calls or complaints professionally and what skills were needed for this.

The content that covered was really authentic and add the experience of being a customer service. The lectures were clear with usefull methods and overall everything went well. Thank you for the effort.

I have enjoyed the session and Liam's approach and his enthusiasm for the subject. I will definitely encourage my learners to attend Maths webinars and I will attend some myself as this will help me keep up to date with Maths so I can support my learners.

I am very appreciative of the fact that there wasn't too much pressure placed on us and it was made clear from the start that we would be supported with any requests or concerns we may have. The training style was a 10/10. Give Vaughan a raise.

I really enjoyed the course. It helped me improve not only as a team player but also as an individual. I received great support throughout the course, and the materials were interesting to explore and interact with it!

The session was engaging and practical, and it helped link theory to real assessing situations. I now feel more confident in understanding how to judge competence, particularly around having enough evidence and not relying on a single performance. It will support me when carrying out observations and professional discussions in practice. Ben is really helpful and easy to talk to, I look forward to apprenticeship days.
