More time for interactive activities, discussion, and real-life examples would make future sessions even more effective.

Absolutely incredible. Some things I already knew about but some things were new information. Trainer was really good, enthusiastic and clear as to what she expected of us.
The safeguarding webinar helped me understand the importance of professional curiosity when working with children and families. I learnt that professionals should ask questions, explore concerns further and not simply accept information at face value. We discussed serious cases where children have sadly died because agencies did not communicate or work together effectively. This taught me how important information sharing and working as part of a multi-agency team is when safeguarding children.
