Really supporting my own wellbeing and professional growth

I enjoy my Level 5, I have been able to look at ways I can improve the support I provide my learners through their apprenticeships.

I thoroughly enjoyed this session as wellbeing is a passion of mine. I also really enjoyed learning about the coaching and mentoring models, I have used the GROW model but were unaware of the others. For me, understanding models and theories makes what I do make sense, so today’s session has enhanced this further.

Sherrell put together an engaging session

Brilliant sessions with impact! I appreciate the academy allowing guest speakers as they utilise peoples expertise within the programme whilst also offering a great way for networking and seeing different faces within the business. I also really appreciate that sessions always take cognitive load into consideration. Sherrel provides regular breaks where needed and always asks the group when we feel we have hit our own barriers in taking in more information. Having a short 5 minute break makes such a big difference, and means I am able to better take in what I had just learnt, whilst also preparing myself for the next topic. If you ever have the opportunity to sign up for a course within The Realise academy, do it!

I really enjoyed today's session. The icebreaker was a great way to get know more about the cohort on a personal level. The pacing of the session went well and nothing felt repetitive. I really like how Sherrel made sure that during the BO room for coaching that my group was given a model that no one had ever come across before and this prompted a lot more discussion.

I enjoy the course, feel like have learnt a lot from the sessions. I haven't given 5 stars just because some times i find some of it a little repetitive.
