A good and helpful session to show the quality of care and how important it is to follow care plans and listen to everything a client is telling you
Brilliant lesson had time for someone from support team to actually be in contact face to face so it was really nice to know they give you as much support as you need which is great . Also covered over health and safety again
Today with Nana has been a very surprising enjoyable experience compared to other sessions I've had with Realise, he's been very hands on and very helpful, I used to dread these Courses or any dealings with the apprenticeship side of things but this has been a fun day of learning and look forward to the next session. Hes very good at what he does :)
