The course gave an insight into customer services, business standards and trying to deal effectively with customers. It was interesting to learn how to be empathetic to a complainant, but without implying the company accepted liability. It was also interesting to see how customer services operate within a business, as someone who has only experienced it as a customer.

I really enjoy the level two customer service course and learn many key knowledge about how to handle customers. it's a good course for them people who will handle too many enquiries customers.

The course was interest and very valuable for the Journey ahead in customer service environment. the Tutors were amazing for the whole training process , however for the course topic is repeating and the length of the course should be based on the classroom knowledge and skills.

Various topics were mentioned and looked into with depth which made the group work interesting and engaging. The teacher was fun, professional and caring which brought a lot of comfort and it helped keeping interested in the course. I would advise people to do this course to improve their knowledge on costumer service. In general the course is interesting and challenging and it does bring good knowledge of the topic and it definitely prepares you for the future.
