Absolutely loved every aspect of this course, the knowledge that I have gained is invaluable and I know I can use it in every aspect of life. I have made friends with people that I would not normally associate with. And Jen the tutor was very professional in her teaching. If you did not understand something, Jen had the utmost patience, till you fully grasp it.

I am really enjoying this course and the group of people that I am with are very friendly. Nikki is an excellent tutor who delivers a great lesson each time with equal amounts of fun and seriousness that helps me specifically. She’s very approachable and patient, which has really helped me out when I’ve been struggling with technical difficulties.

Excellent training

Coming here to do this course as a complete novice was a bit overwhelming - I had very little knowledge of any of the features on my laptop at home & 9/10 times my children had to come to the rescue. Our class tutor Gail was great- patient & knowledgeable. Gail broke the tasks down into manageable sections & we had a laugh about the many faces of frustration I pulled - all in all its made me much more confident in the basics of computer usage & I'm surprisingly, looking forward to the next course.
