This taster session was excellent. I found it very useful and relevant to my role as a carer. I learnt the importance of putting the resident at the centre of care and how to promote equality and inclusion in practice. I feel more confident in supporting residents’ independence and will work on applying these principles every day.

This was such a good conversational lecture in which I was really interested in the personal setting stories Lorraine had as well as Pardeep. It was wonderful hearing about legality, reality of practice and different support ideas.
