Great course today, felt like I’ve picked up a lot of useful information. Good to be given an insight into what we’ve got coming up. Useful to have a review too.
Stuart is fantastic and very committed and dedicated to helping us learn and understand the knowledge needed. Definitely deserves a pay rise.
The course was quite interesting and I loved learning about myself and the right way to care and support people. Also, I was glad to have had some questions answered about leading teams.
I really enjoyed the 2-day session for modules 3 & 4. I thought it was a good mix of 121 learning and group learning.
Overall I feel this course prepares you well for a position as a teaching assistant.
The course it self could be extended for about a week so learners have more time to implement and memorize corrections.
I have really enjoyed doing this course, I have learned more about schools and colleges so i have more of a understanding when i go into one.
