I felt the training was very well thought out and informative. Although it was a tough subject and at times emotional, I was glad to participate in the course and really learned a lot. I felt the training was brilliant. Not only did the training address all key elements on how to clearly process of identifying, processing and actioning results for vulnerable customers. Helen is clearly passionate about what she is training others in, her delivery was excellent. She came into the session with a clear training programme but also made time and ensured all of our questions were answered how we wanted them to be.
