I really enjoyed the course, it was really informative. I really liked the e learning, it meant I could process what I had read before the course & that it will be available to refer back to whenever I might need it. KK & Ann-Marie were extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to & to ask questions.

Both Lynda and Jessica were concise and informative, and also provided a great platform for discussions . The videos were an excellent insight into the situations we were learning about. I have really enjoyed this course. Thank you to both Lynda and Jessica. Thank you so much. This will be a great asset in my work.

I would prefer a discussion in the main group not in break out rooms. My personal prefernce also is not to ask many questions, for example "what is the A in ALGEE" and then wait for a responce before explaining what it is. An explanation straight away is fine, saves time and stops people losing focus
