I found this course to be very beneficial. I have gained a really good insight into mental health first aid and most definitely feel I am better prepared when faced with those situations. very good, needs to rolled out to clients as well so they can understand what is happening to them.

The whole package of the training with the 2 webinars was really good, so much better for me than online training I've done in the past where there is no opportunity to interact with peers and trainers. The webinars really helped me embed the learning, I'm not sure if the learning would have 'stuck' without this! Great to be able to hear the experiences of peers in other settings, to give it context and also to benefit from their experience.

My ratings of 4 stars for the course is only due to the fact it was delivered via Teams, not my preferred learning and interacting method; I was unable to attend the in person training.
