Loved the full two day training. Cheryl was amazing and easy to listen to. She answered all of our questions and I liked that we had time to talk as a group about the topics. Would love to do another course like this one and with Cheryl again. Thank you!
The breakout sessions on the first day didn't need to be 10 minutes long, there were periods of silence at towards the end of the period. This may be due to smaller number of people in the room to participate to the conversation.

David was a great trainer who facilitated conversations and created a safe space. I really enjoyed this course, it's a great opportunity to talk through scenarios and discuss in a judgement free environment.

Very insightful course, I have come across many instances that I can relate the content of the course to in both my personal and working life and it is always beneficial to have the opportunity to review and discuss such topics in greater detail. I feel more confident assisting someone in need and will refer to the ALGEE tool to assist me to ensure I have a sound process to follow when doing so. Thank you :-)
