Really insightful course.

Really beneficial and gives me confidence in when to apply ALGEE approach

A very useful course which was very well presented by both Laura and Kim. Completing the workbook before each session was great to give you an insight to each topic which helped and encouraged good discussions within the group. Excellent course and content. Thank you for allowing me to attend, I will find this knowledge useful in future I'm sure.

Only issue was not being able to play videos on the Webinars (NHS PC issue). Otherwise, the course was very insightful and believe everyone should go on this at some point.

The course content was excellent. Covered an excellent range of mental health awareness and provided suitable examples on how to deal with certain situations we may be faced with. It’s giving me the tools to recognise mental health better and encourage people to ask for help when they need it

It was a great course. The trainer was engaging very well educated in his field, was very close to home hearing about his past but definitely very helpful.
