Instructor was great, always made sure that if anything discussed was distressing that we were able to take a break if needed. Made sure to keep the discussion going. Breakout rooms were a great way of ensuring we met other people and heard different opinions and suggestions.

Great Course. Appreciated how it really was tailored to someone who knew nothing about Mental Health First Aid prior to the course. I was able to understand Mental Health better and learn so much in such a short space of time. It was a great experience to be able to open up and discuss difficult topics, for me, discussion with others is how we will all learn in this space and the webinar allows us to do exactly that.
