A really interesting and thought-provoking course. Videos were very good. Might have been better if there were a few more of us to bounce ideas and thoughts off. However, all in all, a really useful and potentially life-saving course.

It would be nice to have more time for group discussions, say a whole day, instead of just an afternoon.

Great insight into Mental Health and how to be more intuitive with what sadly is a serious issue within our society. Good course.

The course content was spot on for the MHFA. In-depth and emotional but was really good to see people open up and talk about their own experiences. Jacqui is a fanatic course tutor, knowledgeable, approachable and knew when to take breaks. I take away knowing alot more about mental health, ALGEE, and what I can do.
