I do invest personally in additonal development in this exact space of human psychology, evolutionary and social aspects of our lives, so this wasnt all new but still great content. Some new content and great reminder overall. Aligns to my overall approach in life and philosophy, which is pleasing and encouraging. Thank you

Very good session with an interesting guest speaker. A lot of the content is common sense but it’s also very helpful to have things reiterated. Paul’s style is very good, answers for everything and gets the best out of the group in a good way
