Really enjoyed the course, taking away a franchise blueprint and action plan to implement in my day-to-day.

I was energised coming into day 2 and it was an engaging session. The topics covered were relevant and the activities helped me to think about how I can implement the skills. I have some good actions to take away that I look forward to implementing.
