So far I think the course has been great and the lessons I have learnt have been really useful. The improvement I would say at this stage is that it would be useful to have the slides we are shown on screen during the session to be shared with us. It is sometimes difficult to note them down during.
Some of the pdfs we were given didn't match up with the presenter's which made breakout groups difficult at times. A little more clarify on the discussions would be good too!
It was a very good course. Both Anne and Charlotte were clear, engaging and knowledgeable. The virtual format worked well.
Having a guest speaker from the business was great. Really enjoyed the course.

Both facilitators complimented eachother well and gave amble time for engagement during meeting with participants but also time to study / learn outside to practice what we have learned.
I found this particular session really beneficial today to reflect on the strength and weaknesses of my persona, how I work with other personas and how to get the best outcomes. It was also interesting to hear about other peoples personas and how they experience them. It was interesting to discuss the self management tools with someone else as well and to hear different views.

Overall, hit exactly what I'd expect for setting the scene on the topic. Good amount of break up into groups to keep things fresh and not too much powerpoint without interruption
Very good course, with very good facilitators with very different backgrounds and styles. I believe some of the activities needed a bit more time, or perhaps I was just to slow. Either way it was a very good event.
