Really enjoyed the course and have lots of tangible actions I an take away to try.

I was not a big fan of organizational politics, but taking this session has helped me to understand how it can be used to help me, and that not taking part can also be interpreted as agreeing to power and to the majority. Lou's comments 'its ok to say NO' and 'Be healthily selfish' are take backs for me from this session!

Relevant materials and engaging speakers

Really interesting, loved the concept of positive politics and that I can take it away as a development area.

The materials used are first class and the referencing of quality reads is very helpful for those new to role

- Across 2 afternoons is a much better format that 1 full day (for both engagement and working around business priorities) - Great guest speaker - Enjoyed having different conversations with different people in the breakout rooms - All content was interesting and relevant and allowed time to take a step back and think that being competent at your job is simply not enough to progress.

Enjoyed the course as it has helped give a better, more positive, context to the thought of organisational politics. This should allow me to make more beneficial and proactive decisions in this area. There was a good balance between delivering the course materials and allowing for discussion, both in the group and the smaller breakout rooms.
