very engaging course, especially given that it was held over zoom. I particularly enjoyed the discussions on intersectionality and assimilation.

It help me question what i needed to improve myself not only on a business level but on a personal one too. The group learning and sharing help me understand i wasnt alone in some of the things i was struggling with.
I have noticed a definitive improvement in confidence as a result of this course and the network of contacts developed through it. The tools and tips are really practical and helpful, but the self-awareness skills are most so.
I thought the course was fantastic. It has helped me think about aspects of my career and life that I would never have dwelled upon before. I have enjoyed the structure of the course throughout the year and believe the different modules have covered a wide range of topics. The course has allowed for a mentorship scheme to be launched at my company which is a fantastic achievement! Abstract continue to be involved in this too.
A great course that actually makes you take the time out of your busy schedule to stop and think about what is important to both you individually and your overall progression.
Shona and Charlotte were brilliant, just the right amount of energy, allowing enough flexibility for colleagues to provide feedback and participate at their own pace. Super useful training and I look forward to applying the learnings from the course to move forward.
Amazing course - really useful reminders of things I knew but didn't practice, and some new gold dust in there too. Charlotte and Shona were fantastic, very interactive, worked brilliantly together, kept me engaged throughout. Approachable hosts, great balance of talking and discussion. Really enjoyed the guest speaker. Liked that I had a few breakout rooms with the same individual as helped build up more rapport - perhaps keep consistent break out groups? Lots for me to work on and I think it will really help my confidence. Thank you both.
