discussing the difference between sponsor and mentor has been really beneficial in recognising the need for both and being able to identify who you need what for, alongside the trust exercise also which was interesting to discuss concept of self interest and how that feed into trust which I hadn't thought of before
This was one of my favourite sessions of the course - it's probably the session that will make the most difference to me personally & to my career.
Anne is brilliant - the course is very insightful and I have noticed themes coming through in my day to day role.
Really enjoyed personas, and discussion around it with others. As before, could have a little more time to go through things but appreciate there's lots to get through! On personas, they can be quite stereotypical but also very helpful to have the general idea of things and also how to engage with others in teams. Organisational priorities interesting to see how we can make a difference here. Thanks for another great session!
I found the Personas discussion very useful, more specifically how people perceive you and how you can influence others by adapting your approach to how they respond.
Persona was extremely useful to understand other people's strengths and influences. I will be meeting with the Amiable so I can understand how better to work with this personality as I have one in the project team.
We should have similar trainings more often.
Really interesting topics, in the follow up from Abstract it would be good to get their recommended rading material on the various areas if there were key books etc they were referring to
Really useful course and helpful hints and tips to use in future. I will definitely focus on a career plan and seek a mentor to support me.
