Excellent facilitators who are very knowledgeable. Interesting subjects for thought and discussion I will continue to work on these outcomes.
The course gave a lot of food for thought and a lot of useful tools and ideas to take forward as a leader and as a manager to implement within the organisation and individual team.
Best course in a very long time; relevant and extremely thought provoking - brings me back to 'how it should be. Lots of work to do but the whole course has been a true reminder that leaders really do need to path the way to improve the way we work together, respect difference, truly listen to understand, be the change you want to see and help each other grow!

Very good . I know we want to focus on the positives but may be helpful to discuss some of the barriers to these organisational behaviors Some Senior Leaders are not on board and it has an impact. Ian needs to focus more on Senior levels who seem to be more interested in their egos and personal career paths than making a real and lasting difference to the organisation.
Excellent session - I know we tried to bring in the captions which brought its challenges during the breakout room. Council needs to ensure sufficient budget to be able to provide two interpreters at each session.
I think Lou and Clay are really good and engaging, inclusive and bought everyone into the conversation

Great content and delivery on a subject that I hadn’t thought deeply anoint prior. However I’ve taken away some great tips and knowledge that I hope to you use.
I think the course has been great, would of loved for it to of been longer (say double the length of time). Anne and Jen were great and encouraging open and honest conversations in the group and I enjoyed being able to share my thoughts and experiences in a safe environment. I have definitely picked up some new ways of thinking from the course I can build into my personal brand moving forward.
