Came to the session very unsure about my career path but I feel I have a lot to think about after the session and I know how I can start to move this forward

I found it extremely interesting and it has really gotten my brain thinking about how I can progress my career. I am really looking forward to the course and my development, and working closer with others around the business to provide and receive support.

I learned alot about how I need to practice self care more. It opened my eyes thst being career focused or a "workaholic" isn't always a positive thing when self care slips.

I love How this is making me reflect and think about my actions and career.
