Good but 3 hours too long in one go and month gaps felt too long as well Plenty to consider and an opportunity to discuss with peers which is always good

The course was interesting but at times I struggled with how we would integrate it into our work, largely because at times it felt a little too like 'here's another course', delivering something that I feel should take the form of natural conversations with people you work side by side with every day.

Good but could be more local government and Sutton specific in why it is important to care about EDI (PSED etc).

Very similar to module 1 Personally I would have liked a bit more theory and teaching than 2 break out rooms

The session today was clearer than the last one.

I feel more positive about this course than I did after module 1 - I drafted feedback but did not post as I felt too negative and I wanted to see how things panned out with module 2. Module 1 felt constrained by a prescribed approach (eg inability to change use of words because training organisation's script required use of this). I was not comfortable with some of it. Module 2 more focused on practical issues and sharing of ideas from course participants.

A lot isn't partciularly new but a good reminder - and a new conrext post Covid hybrid working so changed circumstances. Good as a refresher and reminder on what makes godd and inclusive leadership.

interesting, have covered much before though but acted as a good refresher

Technology issues made this quite a tiring session - 2 and a half hours where I kept losing the screen and then couldn't see the content properly, plus feedback issues. Any chance we can use GoogleMeet instead of Zoom? Overall, I didn't feel very inspired - still a lot of words and a lack of bringing things to life by using examples. A lot of talking to listen to. Breakout rooms brought to an end very abruptly, interrupting people's conversations.
