Really good educators with a wealth of experience between them. Use of real life examples not theoretical BS. Also, as much as I am not a huge advocate of pinning people to the 4 quadrants of personality types. They made an interesting point about what individuals default to in their comfortable place but also humans are very good at adapting to the situation required.
