Great session with good pace interactive which kept it interesting and engaging

Genuinely one of the most engaging days I’ve had over the last decade. Superb mix of content and space to share thoughts, experiences. Mark definitely created a “safe space” for everyone to express themselves freely which hugely enhanced the session. Like the fact you can write notes in the side of the PDF and the commitment planner. Loved the Fox, Sheep, Donkey, Owl analogy. Very straight-forward way of thinking about it. Course underlined that organisational politics doe not have to only be negative. Would have like more tangible examples for 'extra curricular activities'.
