Really liked presenters - Anne and Charlotte. Great energy which really helped attendees open up. I liked there was no pressure to have to contribute. I found it a nice few hours to take time to focus on my personal development which I rarely do. Perhaps there was a lot of content or not deep enough - but I didn't feel like I came away with a toolkit or definite steps to tackle confidence issues. Although I did take away a few ideas to employ. I liked the playing to your strengths section, with my take away being how can I use one of those strengths that I rarely use in my current role. I feel this was probably the most valuable take away. That and intending to revisit my goals and think about what's preventing me moving forward in my career. A lot of discussion in break out groups, but it would have been good to then discuss the outcomes with the course facilitators which we didn't always do. It would have been more beneficial to have the career discussion on day 2 to give me a chance to think about this. Also guidance on networking Probably didn't help that I was able to see anything about the course before I started it.

Would have preferred more real life examples and a bit more of the how over the what. The course overall seemed a touch basic in terms of defining and exploring the topic. More of an into to org politics for new starts than an accelerator for people that have experienced it for many years.

Much of the content was new to me and a lot to take in. It is very thought provoking particularly seen and unseen barriers to inclusivity. The presentation was good and the diagrammatic explanations very helpful.

Some interesting points discussed. However given the limited time available there was a considerable amount of time with the facilitators telling the group about their personal backgrounds which where not really relevant to the course details. The break out rooms and discussion points where really useful and provided a lot of really useful information for areas of discussion.

From the first module, I am not convinced the course is well matched to the needs of Sutton's senior managers. It seemed to be aimed at quite a basic level. I am concerned that three modules will not be the best use of my time. I suspect the whole programme could have been covered in half a day, bearing in mind the level of knowledge and awareness of participants.

This is a valuable module for someone that is new to the manager role. Since I have been in several different manager roles for years, this module was not adding value for me personally. As the facilitators themselves and the content in general are good, this purely relates to the applicability to me personally.

some concepts I will take away such as MEGRA to constantly assess and prioritise clients / ensuring I enhance my personal brand by letting my personality come through during work/client interactions. Other concepts I did not find powerful or engaging enough from a Sales coaching perspective.

There was some really good stuff in here, but there was also quite a bit of stuff that didn't feel relevant to the course topic, e.g. negotiation, and the pace was quite slow. It felt like it could have been a 2.5 hour course not 5 hours.Response : Hi Max, thanks for your feedback. The course touched on clashes of values , ideas, etc. Would have been good to explore this further.
