Liz was very knowledgeable and an excellent facilitator. I found the session to be interactive and engaging, especially the breakout rooms and subsequent conversations.
A very good course again. Having had sponsors and mentors in the past there were some aspects I had done before but there were a number of useful aspects I can take away and apply.
Really enjoyed the benefits of mark Thomas’ thoughts and experiences. The trust section was also very interesting and enjoyable. Feeling like most of us in the group are feeling comfortable to share things more easily after the sessions we’ve had

Some really insightful elements and some that were quite obvious or generic. But overall I enjoyed the course
The presentation provided great information without being overwhelming. I like Liz’s style of presenting and how she asks different people throughout the call to answer making the call and open and collaborative space
Day 2 as day 1, thought provoking, leading to implementable actions
Another great course from Accelerate. Particularly liked the concept of the Spectrum of Consequence, I think this will be useful tool that will generate tangible outputs at work by challenging the way we do things, along with the concept of trilogy of answers.
Good course. Session 2 might have helped having some small break out rooms for scenarios to test our thinking and behaviour to put into place the content
