Some elements where refreshers rather than new but nonetheless worth taking time out to review and take stock

Good course content and Liz worked with the group to ensure they got the best from it and was able to flex the content.
I noted that some of the topics felt a little padded out. I don’t have specific examples but it’s possible it’s a pacing thing as well as maybe trimming some of the items that delegates didn’t take away with them. We felt some of the courses could have maybe taken less time to cover. Earlier topics felt as if they were more filled with content than perhaps the later ones did?
The course is a fantastic starting point for individuals who are beginning their careers. It covers essential topics like mentoring and personal branding, which are invaluable for newcomers. It doesn't however quite hit the mark for those at the midway point of their careers. To make the course more engaging, I suggest Abstract refresh the content to give it a more modern feel. Increasing the focus on actual learning and reducing the number of breakout sessions would enhance the experience. Overall, the course could be delivered more efficiently over a shorter period of time. Currently, there are 2-3 breakout sessions per module, each lasting 10-15 minutes. Whilst these sessions provide opportunities for discussion, they can sometimes feel repetitive, unproductive and lead to mental fatigue. Streamlining these sessions would cater to a wider range of learning styles and make the course more appealing.
This course did really allow me to see the benefits in mentors and also self reflection of different personality types and how to understand others. I enjoyed the thinking around sponsors and the speaker was excellent.
Very insightful and will make good use of the content. Great facilitator and guest speaker too.
