I was just marking for the first module of the training and so far, I’ve fond it interesting on different aspects to consider for diversity and equality. both Louise and Clay have provided good pace to work from
The module was very insightful and certainly triggered some interesting thoughts and conversations, particularly around really understanding what E, D &I means
The practical steps/ideas that can be implemented were helpful. Not all the questions in the survey were clear - I can't recall the exact wording but the one about relationship with failure for example - I wasn't sure what was being asked.
Typical of these types of course, a lot of good work goes into creating them and the subject matter is so so important, but the need to cover lots of topics areas and the pressure of time means that I feel rushed. I don't feel that we are covering the subjects in enough depth.
Great course - very relevant and some excellent tips.
I think both John and Charlotte are excellent, they are engaging and make the sessions interactive.

Really helpful scene setting and intro. Important to have the CEX video. Good amount of slides with visuals rather than too many words to distract from listening Could give a bit more time to the 10 questions and scoring activity - ran out of time on that. It's Friday and brain a bit slow. Thank you
