The course enables good discussions and deeper reflections about how we interact with others. Lou is an engaging presenter and accesses relevant anecdotes that support the point further.
I would have liked to have delved a bit more into the materials behind the themes discussed today - especially bias. A tool to work on to understand one's own bias would be helpful here.
I found the content really useful. Although at times I couldn't quite see the linkage between some of the topics and the main purpose of the training, I still believe everything we learned and talked about will be very useful.
Course is well structured with time to take the conversation in and understand The break out groups allow discussion and learning from others
It is good to have a conversation underway, although opportunity to engage on a daily basis in the way we need to to move this conversation on is a problem due to remote working and the current makeup of the council.
i found the sessions and the 2 topics covered really interesting challenging and potentially transformative in the way I go about managing my service area. Thanks
Enjoyed this session more than the first as we had more time in groups to discuss and debate questions, having said that I felt that my participation was based on the groundwork from the previous module
